What we collect
The form collects your name, email, company, website or domain, role, team-size range, desired outcome and consent. You may optionally describe industry, systems, record history, workflow challenges, usage restrictions and prior buyer contact. We also save a request identifier, time, privacy-notice version and bounded source or campaign information to understand how the request arrived.
Please do not submit raw business records, personal information about other people, credentials or confidential contents. There is no file upload.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your metadata, prepare your requested review, respond to you, manage your request and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. If you separately opt in, we may follow up about related data opportunities. We do not automatically enroll you in a newsletter.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in private operational systems accessible to authorized operators and service providers supporting this website and intake. Contact details and form answers are not placed in public pages or analytics events. Hosting and intake providers process information as needed to operate the service.
No automatic buyer sharing
Review consent does not permit a referral submission, data delivery or buyer access. Before an introduction, we seek separate approval identifying the buyer and the information scope. We may receive referral compensation if a referred partnership completes and disclose the relevant arrangement before the introduction.
Retention and your choices
We retain request information while assessing and managing the inquiry and as needed for relevant operational or legal records. Contact us to request access, correction, closure or deletion, or to withdraw optional follow-up permission. We will review your request and explain any records we need to retain.
Cookies and technical information
This site does not require an account. The intake uses a request ID to prevent duplicate saves. Hosting services may process technical request information to serve and protect the website. Do not place personal or confidential information in campaign URLs.
